  • IMMUNIZATION AND WELLNESS CARE

    We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: Comprehensive physical exam, internal parasite testing, heartworm and flea control, vaccination program,  and specialized blood tests for all life stages.

  • INTERNAL MEDICINE

    We cover all areas of internal medicine, including: Cardiology; Ophthalmology; Neurology; Dermatology; Gastroenterology; Orthopedic surgery; Oncology; Endocrinology; among others. When your pet is sick we can help you. We have the latest technology in internal clinic blood machines to help us diagnose. We also have radiology, ultrasound and other diagnostics to aid us. If needed, then we hospitalize and monitor your pet; especially if your pet needs IV fluids.

  • EMERGENCY AND CRITICAL CARE

    In any emergency, seconds count. Our experienced staff is backed up by our mobile resuscitation unit, stocked and equipped to administer the ABCs of basic life support – Airway, Breathing, Circulation/Cardiac compressions. Emergency care is offered during regular business hours. Also we have emergency services after hours by contacting an on-call veterinarian.

  • 24-HOUR HOSPITAL CARE

    Emergencies can occur at any time. We offer services for emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with an on-call veterinarian and experienced staff ready to help your pet. After hours you can reach the on-call veterinarian by calling the emergency number 382-0061.

  • GROOMING

    Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special, cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor – your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. A professional groomer can also give your pet the needed hair trim. Services also include nail trim and ear cleaning.

    We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.

  • SURGERY

    We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include: fully trained veterinary and technical staff to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet; surgery tables for greater comfort; advanced sterilization techniques; cardiac/pulmonary and oxygen saturation monitors; intensive after surgery care and full blood testing. We perform a variety of surgeries - routine spays/neuters, orthopedics, gastrointestinal, ocular/auricular, urinary and mass removal.

  • LASER SURGERY

     We are now offering laser surgery for your pets. The benefits of laser surgery are as follows - less pain, less bleeding, reduced swelling and infection. We are currently using laser for cat declaws, mass removals, spays and neuters.

  • DENTAL CARE

    Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Dental products are available at the hospital to help to keep your pet's teeth healthy.

  • PAIN MANAGEMENT

    Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care. We always provide pain medication during our surgeries and often send our patients home with pain medication if warranted.

  • DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

    We have the latest technology in blood machines - we can do CBC and biochemistries to check your pet's bodily functions with minimal amount of blood and in less time. We also perform urinalysis, fecals and a few viral tests. If we cannot do the particular tests in hospital we send it away to either Ontario or PEI. As soon as we receive the results we try to contact you. We also have ultrasound and radiology.


  • RADIOLOGY

    Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular(cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems. We also have an ultrasound machine to help us diagnose problems that our radiographs do not reveal.

  • NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING

    Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active. We carry Medical/Royal Canin, , Science Diet, Holistic Eagle Pack and Eukunuba/Iams.

  • BIRDS, REPTILES, RABBITS AND SMALL MAMMALS

    Veterinary medicine for exotic pets is growing as the popularity of these animals increase. With better public education in health, nutritional and environmental management, all species have a greater chance for living longer and healthier lives. We offer advice and veterinarian care for birds, rabbits, ferrets, quinea pigs, reptiles and for the other less common pets you may have.

  • HOUSE CALLS

    Our mobile health unit responds to house calls if you are unable to bring your pet to the clinic. House calls should be prearranged by calling our office.

  • EQUINE PRODUCTS

    We are offering various equine products. We have selection of vitamins/supplements and dewormers for your horse.


  • COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE

    Complimentary medicine is a new feild of veterinary medicine. Our clinic supports the holistic approach to pet health and wellness. We balance traditional medicine with massage, herbal and other therapies.

  • EUTHANASIA SERVICES

    Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.

  • MICROCHIPPING

    Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.
